We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • To initiate a return, please contact support@uniholicstore.com with your order details and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at support@uniholicstore.com with a photo of the issue.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
    If the issue persists, please contact us.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect.
